Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:

we do not accept returns - only contact us if painting arrived completely damaged by post or currier.

To make a return you have to send us photo of painting on arrival day, to make sure it was damaged before you got it.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

we have a right not to accept:

• works of art, collectors' items and antiques (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 9701–9706).
