2.5. In order to ensure that we have correctly recorded your data, after you register in the online store, we will send you an email asking you to verify and confirm your information.
2.6. The goods are sold only in quantities suitable for personal use.
2.7. The Seller's online store is equivalent to a product catalog only. By providing goods in the online store, the Seller only invites the Customer to submit an offer to purchase these goods and conclude a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Orders").

4.1. The products in the online store are marked in such a way that you can get information about their size, color, price and materials from which they are made.
5. How to shop in the online store?
5.1. Add the product selected from the assortment to the online shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. This does not oblige you to purchase the product.
5.2. All items in the shopping cart can be viewed by clicking the "Shopping cart" button, which is visible at the top of the website. Here you can remove items or change the desired quantity.
5.3. If you want to buy the items in the cart, click the "Order" button.
5.4. In order to buy items, you must register. After registering, other options are also available, such as order summary, saved delivery addresses and order history.
5.5. Select the desired purchase method and address, and provide payment details.
5.6. You can then choose how you would like to pay.
5.7. After selecting a payment method, you can select a delivery method and address. After selecting, you can continue shopping or view your order summary.
5.8. By clicking the "Buy" button, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Before doing so, you must indicate that you agree to these GTC and thus include this consent in the offer. The order is binding if you do not cancel it within 15 minutes of placing it by clicking the "Cancel order" button. 5.11. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which repeats the information about your order. This is not equivalent to the conclusion of a purchase and sales contract. A purchase and sales contract is concluded only when confirmation of the delivery of the goods is sent.
5.12. The Seller may contact you by phone (if you have provided a phone number) or by e-mail and clarify possible questions regarding the order and delivery. 6. Prices
6.1. All prices in the online store are given in euros with the statutory value added tax. In addition, there is a shipping price, the amount of which depends on the delivery and payment options. 6.2. The price given at the end of the order is final. The Seller and the Buyer undertake to adhere to this price. The price is not changed later, even if the Seller reduces or increases the price of the goods in the future.
6.3. Nevertheless, the Seller reserves the right, in accordance with existing legislation, to adjust prices in the online store, to provide new goods, to start or stop discount promotions.
7. Availability of goods The goods presented in the online store are usually available. However, in rare exceptional cases, e.g. if more customers order a certain product, it is possible that the goods will become unavailable. In such a case, you will be immediately notified that the goods are no longer available. Contracts for unavailable goods are not concluded. Deliveries are made while stocks last. Unavailable sizes are marked on the product page in a different color than available sizes. Unavailable sizes cannot be added to the shopping cart, but they can be added to the wish list. You can register and receive a notification by e-mail when the product becomes available again. You can withdraw your consent to store your data and e-mail address and to use your data for sending e-mails. 8. Delivery methods and delivery time
8.1. Ordered goods are delivered only in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia.
8.2. In addition to delivery to the specified address via Omniva courier service, we also deliver goods for collection at Omniva terminals.
8.3. Delivery usually takes 30 business days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, non-working days are not included in the delivery time. The delivery time is calculated from the day the shipment is confirmed. If the item is no longer available or cannot be shipped for any other reason, we will contact you.
9. Payment methods
9.1You can choose from the following payment methods: Paysera payment system and cash or card to the courier upon delivery. If you choose to pay via Paysera, you will be automatically redirected to your Paysera page. Please note: We will never send you an email stating that our bank account has changed and asking you to transfer the amount by bank transfer. 10. Shipping cost
We only ship to addresses located in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Estonia. The shipping cost depends on the selected shipping method (Omniva, Lp express, DPD) (including applicable VAT).
11. Dispute resolution procedure We are not prepared and are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the Consumer Arbitration Board.
12. Retention of ownership
The Seller retains ownership of the goods until the full price of the goods is paid.
16. Copyright
The content of this website, including photos, films and texts, is protected by copyright and other rights. Images, films and texts are only permitted for private use and any further use of them without the express written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
17. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
17.1. The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), shall apply to all contracts between the Seller and the Customer. This choice of law shall apply only to the extent that it does not prevent the consumer from exercising optional consumer protection legislation in the country where the consumer has his permanent residence at the time of placing the order.
17.2.
